Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much does a service call cost?

    A service call costs $225 plus parts (if any parts are needed). It includes coming out to your home, and up to 1 hour of labor.  We are able to resolve most issues within that timeframe.


    If any parts are needed we will discuss that with you prior to doing the work.


    Any and all appointments for repair, evaluation, assesment, testing, etc. are considered service calls.

  • How do appointments work?

    All appointpointa are a two-hour Arrivial Window.

    9-11 is the first window of the day.


     We always call or text when we are en route, so you will know excatly when we will arrive. 

  • Do you service all makes and models of central vacuums?

    Almost all. There are a few very rare exceptions.
