Why Us?
This may come as a surprise to you, but the proper installation of the pipe and wiring that make up a central vacuum system is the most important factor in a properly functioning central vacuum system. It's more important than hardware, i.e., the vacuum unit and hoses. Most people tend to focus on just the hardware and the hardware is important; however, it's relatively easy to replace hardware while it's impossible to replace the vacuum piping within the walls of your home. In other words, a poor quality central vacuum unit can easily be upgraded, but a poor quality installation (the pipes and wiring) is a much more difficult problem to address.
Another disturbing fact is that the majority of central vacuum installations that I come across in my service and repair work are improperly done. The work is very often sloppy, incompetently done, technically incorrect, and/or functionally problematic.
A poor installation results in poor performance. A vacuum system installed incorrectly can easily clog and it will suffer from reduced suction power, which is why I place the highest importance on the unseen part of the central vacuum system. Thatʼs right, the most important work I do is largely unseen. Itʼs hidden within the walls of your home.

Vacuum Units: We have sourced powerful, efficient, and durable VacuMaid® central vacuum systems. Proudly made in the USA.
Retractable Hoses: We use Hide-A-Hose brand for our retractable installations. They are the originators of the technology.
Attachment Kits: For our electric-carpet-head attachment kits we chose SEBO® because of it's light weight, durability, and ease of use.

We had the privilege of collaborating with the homeowner to create a bespoke central vacuum system in Darien. In her quest for the ultimate cleaning experience, she wisely chose our top-of-the-line vacuum unit. To ensure utmost convenience, we provided three comprehensive accessory kits, perfectly tailored for each floor of the living space. While having multiple hoses is not mandatory, it is highly recommended, particularly for larger or multi-level homes.

This Westport project showcases a unique, contemporary home that we are excited to showcase. Rest assured, this is not your typical run-of-the-mill construction.
With the majority of the living space situated on a single floor, except for a playroom above the garage, we had to install lengthy pipe runs. To ensure pristine cleanliness for the stunning quarter-sawn oak floors, we have equipped the house with a dual-motor central vacuum unit and two accessory kits.

This is an exceptional Victorian-style home of about 6,000 square feet. What truly sets this house apart are the meticulous craftsmanship, exquisite millwork, and custom-made cabinetry. Collaborating with Chris, we have installed a state-of-the-art central vacuum system that is capable of efficiently servicing the third floor and basement should the new owners choose to finish those areas. Chris has constructed this home with an unparalleled attention to detail, evident in the outstanding quality of the millwork, which I must say is among the finest I have ever encountered.
New Canaan, CT - Kelly Green
We had the privilege of working directly with the proud owners of this extraordinary custom-built residence. They meticulously oversaw every aspect of their cherished dream home as it was being constructed. Each element is state-of-the-art, and this includes the remarkable central vacuum system. After careful consideration, we opted for the largest single-motor vacuum unit, along with two complete accessory kits.
